Terms of sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTCS”) govern all sales concluded on the dododog.fr website, operated by SAN JOSE ALEXIS, a sole proprietor, under the trade name DodoDog. Any order placed on the website constitutes the customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS AND TOLERANCE The products offered for sale are those listed on the dododog.fr website, subject to availability. Each product is described in detail. Photographs are provided for guidance only and have no contractual value.

2.1 Manufacturing tolerance: As the products sold (beds, baskets) are made of soft, compressible materials (fabrics, filling), the dimensions stated in the product listings are approximate. A manufacturing tolerance of +/- 3 to 5% is expressly accepted by the customer. This variation shall not be considered a lack of conformity.

2.2 Size recommendations: Size guides and breed/weight recommendations are provided for guidance only. It is the customer's responsibility to measure their pet before purchase. DodoDog shall not be held liable for an incorrect size choice if the dimensions delivered correspond to the product listing (within the aforementioned tolerance).

ARTICLE 3 – PRICES Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. DodoDog reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the price in force when the order is confirmed.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER The order is confirmed when the customer selects the products, reviews the summary and proceeds with payment. A confirmation is sent by email. DodoDog reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute or suspected fraud.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Accepted payment methods: bank card and secure payment solutions (Stripe, Klarna, etc.). Transactions are encrypted and secure.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimates. DodoDog shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or exceptional circumstances. Risk (of loss or damage) passes when the customer (or a third party designated by the customer) physically takes possession of the products.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Mandatory return conditions: For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of withdrawal may only be exercised if the products are returned:

In their original condition and complete.

Strictly unused, free of animal hair, odors and stains.

In their original packaging.

DodoDog reserves the right to refuse a refund for any product that does not comply with these hygiene conditions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the event of an error by the seller.

ARTICLE 8 – REFUNDS Refunds will be made to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the condition of the returned product.

ARTICLE 9 – EXCLUSIONS The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products (Art. L221-28 of the Consumer Code).

ARTICLE 10 – LEGAL GUARANTEES The products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 of the Civil Code).

ARTICLE 11 – LIABILITY AND SAFETY DodoDog shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product.

Animal safety warning: The products sold are bedding items and not chew toys. The customer is responsible for supervising their animal. DodoDog accepts no liability in the event of:

Damage to the product by the animal (biting, scratching, tearing).

Ingestion of all or part of the product (fabric, filling, zipper) and any veterinary consequences that may result.

ARTICLE 12 – PERSONAL DATA Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR for order management. The customer has the right to access and rectify their data.

ARTICLE 13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All elements of the website are the exclusive property of DodoDog. Any reproduction is prohibited.

ARTICLE 14 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be preferred before any legal action is taken.
